BUI Certified is a plan, not a label.

A credible cookware evaluation would need clear methods, comparable conditions, recorded results, and published limitations. Heat recovery, cooking-surface behavior, durability and real food outcomes might be part of that work — but those standards have not yet been established or validated.

For now, BUI is building its recipe and technical-reference library. Equipment mentioned elsewhere on this website should not be interpreted as BUI-tested or certified unless clearly identified as such.
